Completing Our Vision

"Each of Us and All of Us"

Capital Campaign 2008	Campaign Pledge Progress June 20, 2008: Our campaign is in full swing. We have received 465 pledges totaling $ 1,356,220, bringing us to over 50% of our parish participating. 100 % participation by "each of us and all of us" will ensure our success. Financial and prayer pledges are welcome. Please return your pledge card soon.
The Completing Our Vision parish capital campaign continues the work our parish began almost 18 years ago. The formula "each of us and all of us" has helped us grow from less than 100 households to nearly 1,000 and has enabled us to establish programs, support a Catholic school system, provide for ongoing faith formation for everyone and join with broader church community in bringing the message of the gospel to the world. Most important of all, "each of us and all of us" has meant that we worship God by our full, active, and conscious participation in the Church's liturgies, especially the Eucharist.
Goals
Our goal, through 100% participation, is to position Holy Spirit Catholic Church so we can address our financial obligation to the Diocese and also complete our worship space.
Obligation to the Diocese: Our goal is to raise $2.77 million over the next three years, applying $2 million of this amount to our financial obligation to the Diocese. This will position Holy Spirit Parish to plan confidently for the future and be financially sound. Worship Space Completion: We would apply the balance of $770,000 to this portion of the Completing Our vision campaign. Finishing the worship space would bring much needed improvements in lighting, sound, furnishings, flooring, a new baptismal font, and a beautiful baldachino which would set off our central worship area.
